Team Programming

Be a part of a community!

New training block every 4 weeks.

Train 2x, 3x, or 4x per week.

Custom Programming and Coaching

Individualized programming: 2-5 days per week

Comes with a weekly coaching video review of your lifts.

One-Time Coaching Call

Want a check-in with an experienced coach? Send up to 5 videos of your lifts and receive a coaching review video within 48 hours. $65


Lift with Mel - Sports Performance

Sport-specific programming and coaching. Open to middle school, high school, and collegiate athletes.

Team Trainings

Train with your club or school team. 

1 hour sessions- $30 per player, 8 player minimum.

Semi-Private Groups

Groups of 2-5 athletes.

1 hour sessions- $200 total (cost split between athletes, example- 5 athletes pay $40 each)

One-on-One Coaching

In-Person and Remote trainings available.

Pricing based on weekly attendance.


Personal Training

Pricing based on weekly attendance.

In-Person

Individualized programming: 2-5 days per week at a fully equipped gym.

Remote

Individualized programming: 2-5 days per week

Comes with a weekly coaching video demonstrating the movements, and explaining the desired stimulus and goals for the week.
