At Movement by Mel, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality fitness experience possible. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, we have the tools and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Coaching, I traveled across the country to pursue my passion for health and fitness. CrossFit and Weightlifting helped me grow from a shy, nervous girl into a strong, self-confident woman. From young athletes to adults, I want to help others build strength and use movement to help achieve their best lives. -Mel :)
We are equipped with the latest fitness equipment and technology, ensuring that you have everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. From strength training to cardio, we have it all.
Beginners learn important fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting, 8 week training blocks. Best place to start whether your strength is at a beginner, intermediate, or advanced level. Technique is a priority! You will get better and might fall in love with the art of weightlifting, an obsession you wouldn't think you would have.
